Thoughts

From Emily Dickinson:

'Faith' is a fine invention for gentlemen who see - But microscopes are prudent in an emergency

From Michael Pollan:
Don't buy your food at the same place you buy gasoline. Don't eat anything your great-grandmother wouldn't recognize as food. Plant a garden. Buy locally when possible. Make meals from ingredients, not packages. East at the table. Eat slowly.
