Wild Wind

I have no pictures from the past two days. They have been glorious though. Evie had a friend over all day yesterday, they pretended they were horses for most of the day and made a really hard jumping course in the backyard. We took a wild walk in the ind and threw rocks onto the sill frozen lake. Evie is fighting some sort of throat bug so between prancing around all day and being sick I thought she would crash hard. Well, she was up early today because she was going with the aforementioned friend to the horse barn for the day! Her friend has a horse, they do Parelli Natural Horsemanship, I call it unschooling for horses.

Evie came home tired, muddy and grinning from ear to ear.

I ran 14 miles before 7:30 am, had an energizing meeting to plan a rockin' unschooling conference in Feb. 2010 and gave blood. We all reconvened for grocery shopping. Tonight it is off to logs, tomorrow we sleep in . . . 5:30 at least!
