Seriously

We are currently spending about 5 hours a week volunteering with animals. Evie also has a once a week paid job with animals. We are on hiatus from horseback riding until the new year. (Sorry the ferret picture is so grainy, I changed shutter speeds because it is hard to capture pics of furry slinkies!)

We were walking home tonight talking about what else Evie would like to do for animals (the list is long). One of our neighbors popped out of her house to say how much she liked Evie's latest flier advertising her pet care business (it is very cute). After chatting for a few minutes the neighbor went back inside and Evie and I kept walking. I jokingly said "Good thing you don't go to school, you'd never have time to do all this stuff." She looked at me with big round eyes and said, "Seriously!"
