Meet "Stripey"

Our life is moving at approximately 1 billion miles per hour this week so posting will be sparse. I promise to catch up eventually.

Saturday was the Midwest Log Rolling Championships. Evie won her division and she won a #4 log for raising the most money for the Huntington's Disease Society of America (her log rolling teacher's mother has HD). We had understood that the top fundraiser would win the log for their team. Turns out the log is her very own! The club will take care of it and use it but she is free to come play on it any old time. Her teammates were very sweet and enthusiastic about the whole thing and she is over the moon.

Thank you so much to all of you who contributed to Evie's fundraising efforts. You helped her win her very own 800 pound, 12 foot, painted and carpeted log! If only our bathtub were bigger . . .
