Free to Breathe

Next week our family will be participating in two events to bring awareness to the diseases that killed Scott's parents.

On Friday, February 24th we will participate in a fundraiser for the American Heart Association, the Red Hot Zumbathon!!!.  If you are in the neighborhood, come on over.  Scott's dad died of a sudden heart attack in 1994.

On Saturday, February 25th we will participate in a the Free to Breathe, 108 minute yogathon.  I was really impressed with these folks and we are raising money for them as Grandma Beanie's Radon Raiders.  Scott's mom, Jean (aka Grandama Beanie) died of lung cancer (due in large part to radon exposure) on April 19th, 2010.  If you feel like contributing to our fundraising, we would be most grateful.

Every day we exercise, eat well and try to contribute to our society.  Every day we are grateful for friends.  Every day is new.  You never know what tomorrow will bring.
