Nice day!

Our peas are blooming prolifically and I got our new porch posts spackled and sanded. We are taking suggesting for how the porch will get finished off. Many we asked today like the simple lines of the six posts, maybe with some plants.

We got interviewed by a reported for the LA Times today. She was in town writing about chickens, urban homesteading, community building etc. Natch, I had lots to say! Evie is getting to be a whiz at media soundbites.
